Roscosmos launched a new docking node, named Prichal, to the ISS on November 24 at 13:06 UTC / 8:06 am EST. This new docking port launched on a Soyuz 2.1b rocket from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. This new module has six docking ports, 1 for docking to the Nauka module and 5 for visiting vehicles and potential, though unlikely, additional modules.
Roscosmos is planning a new space station, named ROSS, to be launched in the middle of the decade. It is unknown what will happen to the Russian Segment of the IsS then, but it may be transferred to the US.
