SpaceX Launches Transporer-5 Mission with 59 Spacecraft

On Wednesday, May 25 at 2:35pm (18:35 UTC), SpaceX launched the Transporter-5 mission with 59 spacecraft atop a Falcon 9 Block 5 rocket from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. The Transporter missions are dedicated rideshare missions. The first stage for this mission (B1061), which previously flew on Crew-1, Crew-2, SXM-8, CRS-23, IXPE, one Starlink mission, and Transporter-4, landed on Landing Zone 1 (LZ-1) at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. This was the 59th orbital launch attempt of 2022, 165th SpaceX mission, and 157th Falcon 9 launch.
