Booster 4 rolled out to the Orbital Launch Pad on Tuesday. It was lifted onto the pad on Wednesday. On Thursday, Ship 20 rolled out to the launch pad. SpaceX was going to stack the duo that same day but it was cancelled because of high winds. After stacking today, the two vehicles were destacked so they can be tested. Ship 20 is expected to roll back to High Bay for final construction and then be rolled out to Suborbital Pad B for testing. Booster 4 will either be tested on the Orbital Launch Pad or Suborbital Pad A. The 29 engines on the booster and the 6 engines on the Starship will be removed for cryogenic pressure test(s). They will then reinstall the engines and static fire both vehicles. After testing, they will be restacked and launched!
Elon Musk also wrote a series if tweets about Starship today.
That's just great news! SpaceX is really moving foreward at an unprecedented speed, really exciting! Do we have any news on the regulatory side of a possible launch (FAA)? This is something Musk didn't mention in his series of tweets, or did he?
